Edel's 2009 Summer Camp

Edel had an amazing time this year for his summer camp! he went to Miami Seaquarium were he had the opportunity to be in the water with the dolphins, feed them and see them being cute! he also got to see other animals including his favorites reptiles! he truly had so much fun and I had so much fun waiting for him to get home each day so he could share his experiences of the day with me, I am very proud of my baby boy and I am so happy he had this much fun and this amazing experience!

My Birthday!

I don't know how but each year I get super lucky! well this year DH celebrated my Bday for two days! and well my parents wanted to celebrate my bday on another day, so I picked the day my Tia Anita would be here so that she could be a part of it! we love her so much and she is our special aunt the one we all LOVE! so here are a few of pictures of my Bday! The Babes 4th of July!

The Babes really do look forward to each one of their holidays! at our home we love celebrating it all, and they are used to it too! which is exciting because we get our table decorated and ready for the next event and they get so happy awaiting to see what the activities will be that special day! another thing we do at home is make sure that our holiday activities are focus on them, and they get to do their special things like baking cookies, decorating cupcakes, or a gingerbread house! what ever the occasion is we make sure to make it for them not the adults, is all about the Babes in our home, and we also enjoy Daddy's awesome cooking!

The Babes on a Hot June Day!

It was a really HOT day like many others and the kids were playing with water, they both but specially Gaby had tons of fun! she was the last to leave the water.

Catching up!

Is not easy trying to catch up, we have been busy this summer and is been a really nice summer aside from the fact that is been so HOT! and when we do go outside the kids want to run back in the house because is so hot.

I honestly don't recall last year being this HOT! but aside from all that, and the wonderful time we have had with family and the activities is been a really nice summer break!

Edel's Mother's Day for me!

Edel's Teacher's did a really special nice thing for the kids mom's for mother's day, they took pictures of each one of the kids and dressed them up like this to use as the main item in the special calendar the kids did for each one of their mommies!

The day we went to Daddy's Graduation also the day we headed back home with Daddy! after him being there for 4 and a half months, we were ready to be reunited again and be a family!

Blog Change...

I decided to change because I couldn't keep up with one picture a day for 365 days lol
it is alot for me right now with everything that is going on in my life! but I will update as I can!

"Day 6" Gaby's Easter Egg Hunt at her PreK!

Gabriela Andrea had her Easter Egg hunt at her Prek today! she had tons of fun and games and candy! in days like this is when I realized how incredibly lucky I am to be ableto enjoy this really special moments with them, I have really enjoyed my self spending such a wonderful time and I thank God for the many blessings I have in my life!

"Day 5" BBQ Time!

Today we had a BBQ with Pito and Yaya! the kids loved the yummy food! Gaby was really happy awaiting her food and Edel enjoyed it very much! my mom and I picked up the kids early from school to spend some family time together while the kids played tons of hours outside and Edel even had a little boy come by the house and they all played Wii.Thank you Yaya and Pito for the lovely BBQ! we will always remember this day as a fun one!

"Day 4" Jocote Tree!

This tree is a special one! my sister's FIL brought to my parents home and planted it, is a tree that gives a fruit that we love in Nicaragua! I have been watching it grow and protecting it from my own children lol YES! Gaby will try to get near it and is a very very delicate tree so it can lose it fruits really easy if you don't take care of it like a baby from my own babes!!

After a really long day of tons of playing and lots of helping her yaya in the yard! Gaby was pretty tired, showered and ready for bed! of course with her faithful companion that never leaves her, her "Baby" (is the bunny she is holding, she has been doing that since she was a baby)
